How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Settings tab in the mobile app. Go to Settings → scroll to the Account section → tap "Delete Account". For detailed instructions, visit our Delete Account page.
What is the 200 connection limit?
SpotKonnect enforces a strict limit of 200 professional connections per user. This is designed to promote quality over quantity and ensure meaningful relationships. Once you reach 200 connections, you must remove existing connections before adding new ones.
How do I download my data?
You have the right to download a copy of your data under GDPR/CCPA regulations. To request your data, please email privacy@spotkonnect.com with your registered email address. We'll send you a download link within 24-48 hours.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. We never sell your data, and all posts are private (visible only to your connections). For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
How do I report inappropriate content or users?
If you encounter inappropriate content, harassment, or violations of our Terms of Service, please report it immediately by emailing support@spotkonnect.com with details. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
Can I use SpotKonnect on desktop?
SpotKonnect is currently a mobile-first platform available on iOS and Android. A desktop version is planned for future releases. Stay tuned for updates!
What happens to my posts when I delete my account?
